1. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Amara Jewels is a brand owned and operated by Amara LLP.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India. Delivery to certain remote or restricted PIN codes may be subject to courier availability.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Ready-to-ship products are generally processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days after successful payment and order confirmation.

Made-to-order, personalised or customised jewellery may require additional production time. The applicable timeline will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase or order confirmation.

3.Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and serviceability of the destination PIN code.

The total estimated turnaround time from order confirmation to delivery is
approximately 6–10 working days for standard orders.

All timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, regional restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

We provide complimentary shipping across India unless otherwise stated during
checkout.

5. Order Tracking:

Once an order has been dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with the customer through email, SMS or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

6. Packaging and Insurance

All jewellery is securely packed in tamper-evident packaging and remains insured until successful delivery.

Customers should refuse delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered
with and immediately contact us with photographs or an unboxing video.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be dispatched again because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability or repeated failed delivery
attempts.
