Introduction: These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Amara Jewels’ website, products and services. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Definitions:
>> “Buyer/Customer/You”: person who purchases or attempts to purchase products from the Site.
>>“Products”: jewellery and related goods sold on the Site.
>> “Seller/Amara”: Amara Jewels.
Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Site and place orders.
Product information & Pricing: We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, modify prices or withdraw products. Prices shown are in INR and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
Orders & contract formation: An order is an offer to buy. We reserve right to accept or reject orders (e.g., stock unavailability or suspected fraud). Contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation.
Delivery & Title: Delivery timelines are estimates. Title and risk pass to you as specified at checkout or upon delivery. If courier attempts fail, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

>>Cancellation: You may cancel an order within the cancellation window shown at checkout (subject to product type). Customised products or engraved items may not be cancellable.
>>Returns & Refunds: Except for customised items, we offer returns/refunds as described on our site. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source less applicable charges.
>>Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.
Warranties & hallmarking: Products come with the warranties specified at the time of sale. Precious metal hallmarking and diamond certification will be provided as described with the product.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amara’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Products is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Intellectual property: All content on the Site (designs, images, text, trademarks) is owned or licensed by Amara. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Privacy & Data Protection: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. By using the Site you consent to such processing.
Governing law & dispute resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.
Force majeure: We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government acts, etc.).
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified where required.
